The self contained downstairs apartment occupies approx. half the floor area of the main 1800 sq. ft. villa above and is more compact. A bar counter separates the kitchen from the Lounge/Dining Area, with a small balcony. One bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a double futon with a single bunk bed. One bathroom (not ensuite) has combined bath/ shower. External stairs lead down to the garden. On the remainder of the covered area at apartment level is a small tiled counter with sink and garden furniture,, a dining table and chairs, and hammocks where you can relax outdoors and enjoy the west coast sunsets and full Caribbean view. The apartment has it's own WiFi network. There is a private entrance and on site off street parking
